About the role
BeXT delivers personalized people-support to AWS Builders to amplify the voice of the Builder. In this role, you will collaborate with AWS business leaders and line HR teams to innovate, implement, and deploy HR strategies from customer service, talent and performance management, compensation, employee relations and other HR functions.
