What you'll do
- Start your day reviewing work queues and open maintenance tickets, then meet with your team to align on priorities and address any urgent facility issues
- Throughout the day, you will walk the facility to inspect building systems, connect with stakeholders to understand their needs
- Also dedicate time to one-on-one conversations with your direct reports, discussing their progress toward development goals and providing real-time feedback
