About the role
The Risk Mining team within Account Integrity spans India and Costa Rica, and works for Amazon's worldwide marketplace to detect and disrupt bad-actor behavior. We operate across four risk verticals - Anti-Automation, Account Takeover, SMS Pumping, and Bad Actor Account - and partner closely with Machine Learning, Engineering, and Product teams to turn our investigative findings into scalable upstream defenses.
What you'll do
- 1:1s with your team - removing blockers, coaching on complex cases, and supporting their career growth
- Reviewing your team's active investigations and setting strategic direction on the highest-risk automated MOs
- Making hiring decisions and strengthening the capabilities of the team
- Tactical (Keeping the Engine Running)
- Driving down ageing tickets, SEV-2s, and rule governance action items in your vertical
