About the role
This role will act as a point of contact for the team, offering immediate assistance on complex issues and handling challenging contacts. The Sr. Advisors provide case consultations and overall resolution and support for all types of leaves of absence and disability life events to our Amazon employees.
What you'll do
- In a typical day, you will manage a mix of escalated cases from Tier 1 advisors and direct employee contacts, researching and resolving immigration inquiries
- You own each case from first contact through resolution, proactively following up and removing roadblocks rather than passing issues along
- Every interaction matters — you listen with empathy, anticipate what the employee needs next
- You must be prepared to handle chat, phone calls, and back-office work interchangeably throughout your shift
- This role demands proficiency navigating multiple systems, tools, and applications simultaneously with speed and accuracy
