About the role
RAD (Rapid Asset Deployment) Process Assistant will be working at the RAD center to provide Rapid solution for IT Assets triage, troubleshooting, repairs and RMA/ARMAs. They will also be partnering with all the OEMs in India for RMA support. Microsoft MCSE, MCITP Systems Administrator (Active Directory)
What you'll do
- Knowledge on RMA process of all IT related equipment’s
- Knowledge on Chip level PCB repair would be added advantage
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining laser printers and zebra printers
- We have a 5-day work week but given the 7 days a week operation, the 2 scheduled days off will vary based on shift patterns and business needs
