About the role
We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our rapidly growing Pharmacy team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving multiple new business initiatives like scaling up specialist medicines, working on prescription partner management and driving initiatives that enhance customer experience across Amazon's pharmacy business.
What you'll do
- Work on critical business projects including specialist medicines, prescription management, and more to drive business growth
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks proactively
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive business metrics that directly impact seller and customer experience
