About the role
RBS VSP (Vendor Success Program) team is looking for a Program Manager to drive relevant Selection by redefining how RBS identifies, prioritizes, and closes Selection gaps, with a focus on the opportunities that matter most to customers.
What you'll do
- Own Selection Strategy and Prioritization
- Identify Selection gaps and opportunities and size the associated revenue potential
- Deploy prioritization mechanism to determine which products, vendors, brands or items should be addressed first
- Define and own key Selection metrics
- Define key Selection KPIs and build a robust automated tracking mechanism
