The India Packaging team is dedicated to driving long-term improvements through strategic packaging interventions enhancing customer experience and defining mechanisms to reduce cost to serve. With focus on implementing product and business intelligence innovations that improve supply chain efficiency, measured through enhanced customer satisfaction, cost reduction, or advancement of our sustainability ambitions.
What you'll do
- Your day begins reviewing key performance indicators across package zero identifying opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance projects, balancing Cx and cost requirements with business priorities
- Throughout the day, you'll analyze data and brong insights to scale the program YoY to inform strategic decisions
- Also dedicate time to developing innovative solutions that improve customer experience while reducing costs and environmental impact
