Quality Audit Representative, ICMRS Auditing

About the role

NOC (Network Operations Center) is the centralized command and control center for ‘Transportation Execution’ across the Amazon Supply Chain network supporting India. It ensures timely tracking procurement and movement between various Amazon hubs. In case of any exceptions, NOC steps in to resolve the issues by keeping the stakeholders informed on the proceedings.

What you'll do

• Use the camera viewing software to find and open the right camera for a given location and time
• Record your findings in the audit system, take screenshots as proof wherever a process is not being followed
• Follow the step by step checks defined for each audit question, and raise anything unclear or unusual to your team lead or manager
• Take part in the training and practice when you join, including watching experienced auditors at work and then being observed yourself
• Meet the quality standards set for audit accuracy, and take part in the review sessions that check and improve the quality of audits
