About the role
The Fee Strategy Operations team is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and diligent Program Manager to drive cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) execution for fee and incentive launches across Amazon's worldwide marketplace.
What you'll do
- As a Senior Program Manager in Fee Strategy Operations, you operate at the intersection of strategy and execution
- Your day involves leading cross-functional syncs with Fee Strategy PMs, Country Fees POCs, GPO, Legal, Seller Communications
- You manage hands-on deliverables—reviewing and updating Help Pages and Paragon SOPs in the centralized content repository
- Equally, you invest time in building scalable mechanisms—developing work-backwards plans for newly approved fee/incentive changes
- You independently manage ambiguity across 6+ partner teams spanning multiple geographies, drive cross-functional alignment without authority
