About the role

The ACRQ team provides independent risk oversight of some of Amazon's most significant regulatory compliance programs. Over the past year we have invested heavily in AI-powered risk assessment and automated monitoring, and that investment is accelerating. This role is a genuine springboard. The combination of regulatory expertise, independent oversight, and senior stakeholder engagement prepares you for compliance leadership or broader risk positions.

What you'll do

• Your morning starts with a question you return to every day: does the compliance picture people believe match the evidence underneath it?
• Before the US comes online, you use the quiet hours to look past the dashboards, not to read the green
• Mid-morning you are building the oversight framework itself, defining how obligations map to controls, how risk is assessed and calibrated
• After lunch the work turns live
• You join Program, Technology, and Legal partners across time zones, often as the only person on the call holding the regulatory-risk lens
