What you'll do
- Own your work across the full software development lifecycle — from understanding customer needs through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations
- Design and implement software solutions across major portions of your team's systems
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional peers to understand business and customer needs
- Mentor and coach other engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and hands-on guidance
- Identify root causes of operational issues and drive permanent fixes, contributing to your team's operational excellence and reducing recurring support costs
