Software Development Manager, FBA-Segment Growth & Acceleration

About the role

We are looking for a Software Development Manager to build and lead an engineering team that contributes across all of our mission areas: non-sort economics, high-ASP seller trust, multi-box fulfillment, seller growth and B2B supply chain. You will hire, grow and lead a team of software engineers. You will turn ambiguous business problems into clear technical roadmaps, and you will deliver programs that depend on systems owned by other organizations.

What you'll do

• Decide where engineering effort goes as priorities change
• Also build shared capabilities and platforms that more than one mission can reuse
• Run a high-performing team with strong engineering and operational standards
