About the role

The Amazon Finance Automation Team is looking for an experienced Software Development Manager to play a key role in building the next generation of distributed, scalable financial systems. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leading a team driving the next generation of scalable and fast distributed systems on industry leading technologies.

What you'll do

• Lead on how to design, build, test, and implement scalable solutions
• Working collaboratively, shape the vision and strategy for solving business problems spread across retail and other cross systems outside of retail
• Design scalable, secure systems that handle sensitive financial data
• Mentor, grow, and share the journey to deliver with quality
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies including agentic AI and LLMs
