What you'll do
- As a Settlement Team Analyst, your day begins by checking your SIM ticket queue to prioritize vendor requests
- Spend time reconciling vendor statements, investigating discrepancies, and processing payments according to established protocols
- Throughout the day, you'll communicate with vendors and retail stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues
- Document your work meticulously, ensuring compliance with financial operations policies while looking for opportunities to enhance the vendor experience
