About the role
The Lifecycle Experiences team is on a mission to deepen customer engagement across Amazon's fastest-growing marketplaces. We own the end-to-end customer lifecycle - from first purchase to habitual shopping - across India, Mexico, Brazil, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Australia, Singapore, and South Africa.
What you'll do
- Own the product vision and execution roadmap for our Progression Intelligence charter
- Responsible for determining which customers to engage, with what action, at what moment, and through which channel
- Lead the technical integration of our rewards optimization, causal measurement, and action intelligence systems onto a unified agentic orchestration platform
- Work closely with applied scientists, software engineers, and marketing stakeholders to ship systems that directly delight millions of customers
