What you'll do
- Be working directly with engineering and science tech teams, Product and business teams, and all of our partner teams, which include teams within and outside of AHS
- Identifying and problem-solving risks across the software development lifecycle and developing escalation paths where appropriate
- Owning key business processes and leadership mechanisms for flagship projects and coordinating task development and completion
- Supporting career development and growth within the team by sharing mechanism best practices and participating in the team’s recruiting efforts
