What you'll do

• You start your morning reviewing pipeline metrics and preparing for a strategy sync with one of your client partners
• After lunch, you facilitate a calibration session with interviewers, then shift focus to reviewing your team's progress against weekly goals
• You wrap up by connecting with a new hire on your team to check in on their onboarding experience and answer questions about team processes
