What you'll do
- Partner with site stakeholders to drive compliance with WHS standards, procedures, and local laws
- Conduct comprehensive site walks engaging associates on hazard observation, coaching on WHS requirements, ergonomic postures, and Permit to Work compliance
- Conduct frequent site safety inspections and audits to identify non-compliant equipment or processes
- Conduct risk assessments for all processes and update them for change management at defined frequencies
- Implement corrective solutions to eliminate risks and prevent injuries across facilities
