About the role
This is a hands-on senior technology leadership role supporting the development and implementation of advanced analytics across Investment technology stacks, engaging directly with global stakeholders across Investments, Trading, Investment Operations, Products, Vendors, and wider technology teams. The role requires strong hands-on engineering craft in Java and Python, alongside strategic leadership.
What you'll do
- Strategic Technology Leadership: Define and drive technology strategy aligned with Investments business goals
- Identify opportunities for value creation through cloud-native architecture, data enablement, and full-stack engineering solutions
- Hands-On Engineering Leadership: Remain hands-on in Java and Python
- Contribute directly to design and implementation of critical components alongside leading the team
- Practical AI Fluency & Application: Bring a pragmatic, evidence-based view on AI/GenAI adoption
