What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 5+ Quality Analysts to ensure consistent delivery of quality goals and performance expectations
- Oversee quality review activities and ensure audits are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with documented procedures and regulatory requirements
- Monitor team productivity, audit accuracy, and quality metrics; identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and development discussions with team members
- Drive calibration sessions with Operations, Quality, Training, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent interpretation and application of quality standards
