Accountant II - Finance -R2R

About the role

The Record to Report (R2R) professional is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role plays a key part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, compliance with accounting standards, and continuous improvement of financial operations.

What you'll do

• End-to-End R2R Process Management - Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements
• General Ledger Accounting - Preparation, review and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments. Perform Bank and Balance sheet account reconciliations
• Fixed Assets & Intercompany Accounting - Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules. Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Compliance & Controls - Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOX compliance. Support statutory audits and internal audits
• Process Improvements - Identify gaps and implement process improvement initiatives. Drive automation and efficiency improvements in the R2R processes
