About the role
The Record to Report (R2R) professional is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role plays a key part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, compliance with accounting standards, and continuous improvement of financial operations.
What you'll do
- Manage and oversee end-to-end Record to Report processes across multiple countries /regions
- End-to-End R2R Process Management - Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities and ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements
- Review financial statements and supporting schedules to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Monitor team deliverables , productivity, and adherence to established SLAs and KPIs
- General Ledger Accounting - Preparation, review and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments. Perform Bank and Balance sheet account reconciliations
