About the role
The Technical Lead, Power Electronics is a highly motivated individual working as part of a research and development team to design and develop high frequency double conversion online 3phase UPS systems. This position requires support for new products as well as legacy products. The individual is an energetic, experienced professional who can work both individually and with a team.
What you'll do
- Design and develop power electronics for high‑frequency three‑phase and single‑phase online UPS systems
- Oversee the assembly and integration of electronic prototypes
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation
- Manage assigned projects from concept through commercialization
- Develop and validate power stages and perform detailed design verification testing (including regulation, programming accuracy, transient performance, etc.)
