About the role
The Sr. Associate, Admin – Content Authoring Platform supports the daily administration and operational reliability of enterprise content authoring and automation platforms used across Amgen’s global content supply chain. This role enables self‑service content creation by marketers through well‑configured platforms, reusable templates, and stable, governed workflows.
What you'll do
- Coordinate configuration releases, including change documentation, deployment readiness, rollback planning, and post-release validation
- Maintain reusable templates and configurable components that enable marketers to complete approved content updates independently
