About the role
The Director, Operations Planning & Performance Management is a strategic leader within Amgen India (AIN), accountable for building, scaling, operating, and continuously improving manufacturing planning, performance management, analytics, automation, and operational intelligence capabilities that support Amgen’s global manufacturing network.
What you'll do
- Partner with Manufacturing, Technology, AI & Data, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance leaders to identify and prioritize future capability investments
- Own end-to-end delivery and performance of AIN-based Operations Planning & Performance Management capabilities and services
- Establish and deliver against defined service levels, operational metrics, and business outcomes
