Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and analytically strong finance leader based in India to support the U.S. Rare Disease Ultra-Rare business. This role will serve as a key finance business partner to U.S.-based brand, and cross-functional leaders, providing insight into brand performance, forecasting, planning, and decision support for the P&L which includes both revenue and OPEX.

What you'll do

• Partner with largely U.S.-based Ultra-Rare brand, sales, and business leaders to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making
• Partner closely with U.S.-based RDBU Finance, brand, and cross-functional leaders to support planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and decision-making
• Lead or support monthly close activities, including financial review, variance analysis, and issue identification and resolution
• Own sales and expense forecasting, annual operating plan development, and long-range planning activities
