About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Senior Scrum Master to join the Customer & Campaign Readiness Product Team . This role serves as an Agile leader, coach, and facilitator responsible for enabling high-performing teams and driving successful delivery of business outcomes. The Senior Scrum Master will champion Agile and SAFe principles, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and help teams deliver value efficiently and predictably.
What you'll do
- Responsible for enabling high-performing teams and driving successful delivery of business outcomes
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Team Demos
- Support SAFe events including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
- Partner with Product Owners and Product Managers to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization alignment, and successful execution of product objectives
