About the role
Provide day-to-day support for production and non-production Salesforce environments within the GSC–CX domain under guidance from senior team members. Assist in developing and maintaining configured solutions, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components within Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud. Participate in proof-of-concept activities and support exploration of emerging capabilities, including AI/ML use cases, under supervision.
What you'll do
- Provide day-to-day support for production and non-production Salesforce environments within the GSC–CX domain under guidance from senior team members
- Assist in developing and maintaining configured solutions, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components within Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud
- Participate in proof-of-concept activities and support exploration of emerging capabilities, including AI/ML use cases, under supervision
- Resolve routine support tickets and defects, ensuring timely updates and communication with stakeholders
