About the role
The Senior Associate Software Engineer – Salesforce Engineer plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing the organization’s Salesforce ecosystem. As part of the global Salesforce support team, this position is responsible for delivering high-quality end-user support, troubleshooting technical issues, managing platform configurations, and maintaining data integrity across multiple Salesforce environments.
What you'll do
- Act as the primary technical expert and point of contact for all Salesforce platform support activities across multiple Salesforce environments
- Maintain, monitor, and support both production and non-production Salesforce instances to ensure optimal performance and stability
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the release process, including code integration, sandbox refreshes, deployment planning, and post-release support
- Support and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise platforms such as AWS, MuleSoft, and other third-party systems
