About the role
The Senior Executive – MEP Operations will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, monitoring, maintenance, and reliability of all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems supporting the Genome Valley R&D Campus. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong technical expertise in laboratory infrastructure, utilities, and building systems to ensure uninterrupted operations, regulatory compliance, and safe working conditions.
What you'll do
- Operate and maintain all critical MEP infrastructure supporting laboratory and office operations
- Ensure continuous availability and reliability of electrical and mechanical systems supporting research laboratories
- Monitor the health and performance of all critical utilities through BMS, EMS and other digital monitoring platforms
- Perform routine inspections and technical audits of all plant equipment
- Support commissioning, validation, testing and handover of new engineering systems
