Workfront Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Workfront Business Analyst to join the Marketing Work Management (MWM) Product Team. This role serves as the critical link between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping drive the evolution and adoption of Adobe Workfront across Amgen's global marketing and commercial organizations.

What you'll do

• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and process-mapping exercises to identify opportunities for optimization and automation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on Workfront capabilities, best practices, and process improvements
• Manage and prioritize product backlog items in partnership with Product Managers and Product Owners
