About the role
Hiring a dependable, hardworking, and well-mannered Office Peon / Office Boy. The person will manage day-to-day office maintenance, tea/water service, outdoor bank/courier errands, and support office staff with basic routine tasks.
What you'll do
- Open the office daily, dust workstations, desks, and chairs, and ensure meeting rooms are neat and clean before staff arrives
- Serve water, tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, senior associates, and visiting clients
- Handle outdoor task and Assist staff,Ensure pantry items, drinking water and washroom essentials are stocked and maintained cleanly throughout the day
