- Ticket/Work Order Updation & Closing - Updating and closing tickets or work orders, including tracking material consumption
- CS/Battery Repair – Performing Charging Station (CS) Installation & Maintenance tasks and handling battery repairs/ replacements
- Zero Error working approach
