About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Visualizer who thinks like a marketer and designs like an artist. You will take a campaign from a blank page to final output: understanding the business problem, shaping the concept, designing it, presenting it to clients, and then tracking how it performs in the market. Beautiful work that doesn’t perform isn’t finished work here.
What you'll do
- Conceptualise and design integrated campaigns for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube, from idea to final output
- Create logos, brand identities, and visual systems
- Decode client briefs to find the business intent behind the request, not just the deliverable
- Design for every stage of the digital marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention)
- Own creative performance: track how your creatives perform (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, engagement, thumb-stop rate), spot creative fatigue, and iterate on the data
