About the role
We are looking for a Paid Media Team Lead with 3+ years of hands-on experience running high-budget campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads. You will lead a team of 7-8 across industries and drive an AI-enabled way of working across the paid media value chain: planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
What you'll do
- Build full-funnel paid media strategies tailored to each client’s industry, business model, and goals
- Understand North Star Metrics and identify key strategies based on each client’s GTM and industry/sub-industry trends
- Plan budgets, channel mix, audiences, and creative strategy across branding, lead generation, and conversion
- Drive month-on-month performance improvement and higher ROI
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads
