Sr. Integration Engineer

About the role

You'll own the day-to-day technical relationship with this customer's cyber security and AI infrastructure teams, ensuring their production deployment runs smoothly and meets contracted service levels. This role is the foundation for building out broader APAC coverage as our regional footprint grows.

What you'll do

• Own guardrails policy tuning, incident triage, and root-cause analysis for a security-sensitive AI deployment in a regulated industry
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the customer's cyber security and AI infrastructure teams, building trusted working relationships
• Monitor performance dashboards, triage alerts, and respond to on-call escalations within contract SLAs
• Lead weekly customer check-in calls and coordinate periodic red-team engagements to validate guardrails effectiveness
• Maintain test suites and observability infrastructure to catch issues before they impact production
