Coupa Program Manager (Afternoon Shift)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Coupa Administrator to take ownership and provide strategic leadership for our Coupa ecosystem. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who is passionate about building a world-class Procure-to-Pay function. You will be the organization's foremost expert on Coupa, accountable for its performance, roadmap, and adoption.

What you'll do

• Assume primary ownership of the Coupa platform, serving as the lead strategist responsible for its day-to-day stability and long-term strategic improvements
• Architect and implement end-to-end P2P solutions, driving the adoption of new features and managing platform release cycles
• Influence and guide the Procurement team on process optimization, ensuring the platform's configuration and usage align with strategic business goals
• Guide, mentor, and upskill team members
• Serve as the escalation point for the most complex technical issues, including integration troubleshooting and advanced configuration challenges
