People Systems Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced People Systems Program Manager to join our dynamic People Team. This role is crucial for supporting our People systems and enhancements and requires 5 – 7 years of hand-on experience with Workday as a primary HRIS and other HR systems.

What you'll do

• As the People Systems Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our People systems and processes
• Your work will directly contribute to the successful delivery of People systems initiatives, improve user experience
• Have the opportunity to make a significant impact by transforming business requirements into effective, scalable solutions
• Own and deliver the cross-functional People systems roadmap, directly enabling the success of the People and IT teams
• Design and manage a centralized intake and prioritization process for all system enhancement requests
