Scrum Master II

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Scrum Master to be the agile leader and performance coach for our engineering development teams. In this role, you will champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and predictable delivery. You will be the hands-on partner to your teams, empowering them to deliver high-quality, valuable software while fostering an environment where they can do their best work.

What you'll do

• Empower the team to run their own team ceremonies by providing the necessary support, tools
• Ensuring they are engaging, productive, and focused on delivering value
• Act as a subject matter expert on lean and agile principles, ensuring the team to develop, own
• Promote transparency by maintaining clear reporting and visible Agile dashboards (e.g., burn-down charts, flow metrics)
• Coach the team towards greater self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership for their outcomes
