About the role

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the Certinia platform, provide reliable day-to-day support, and contribute to its longer-term improvement. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience, challenge inefficient processes, and recommend effective solutions based on platform capabilities.

What you'll do

• Administer and configure Salesforce and Certinia PSA
• Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, security, and access
• Configure Certinia PSA to support projects, resources, assignments, time entry, utilization, and related operational processes
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and other platform automation
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing user support
