About the role

This role is inspired by Greg (https://blog.samaltman.com/greg), Matt Cohler at the Facebook, Shakil Kahn at Spotify. Every legendary company had an early operator who became mission critical by making problems disappear and getting things done.

What you'll do

• Source & develop talent and build teams by determining objective requirements for the role, defining success metrics, interview coordination and candidate experience
• Manage investor and stakeholder relations through quick effective communication
• Track funnel performance and internal goals, identify bottle necks by analysing the right data
• Close the loop on everything - legal, accounting, HR. Followup with candidates, vendors, contractors etc
• Learn new domains effectively and quickly to contribute wherever required while setting a high bar
