About the role
The primary function of Accounts Payable Analystis to be responsible for resolving service requests, while ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality support to internal and external customers. The Analyst is to accurately audit and process supplier invoices and other payments.
What you'll do
- Audit invoices, lease and supporting documentation to ensure accurate compliant, and timely processing of the payment
- Resolve supplier inquiries, aging items, and payment-related issues
- Analyze and reconcile complex invoice payments, supplier, and billing issues
- Partner with other teams, escalating unresolved payment when appropriate
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and obtain required documentation
