About the role
We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Engineering Manager to lead a talented team focused on integrating our platform with key third-party partners — including payment processors, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) providers, Fraud Prevention services, Financial Data Platforms, and other FinTech innovators.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers in a dynamic, fast-paced and inclusive environment
- Guide architecture and design for third-party integrations with a focus on reliability, scalability, performance and security
- Oversee the full integration lifecycle — from planning and development to testing, deployment, and production support
- Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to define and deliver integration roadmaps
- Set and uphold high engineering standards through code reviews, technical mentorship, and process improvements
