About the role
To ensure the smooth functioning of the hospital's IT infrastructure, information systems, hardware, software, and network operations. The Executive – Information Technology will provide technical support to clinical and non-clinical departments, maintain system availability, troubleshoot IT issues, and support the secure and efficient use of hospital information systems to ensure uninterrupted patient care and business operations.
What you'll do
- A. IT Infrastructure and Technical Support
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to hospital employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and other network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues within defined service timelines
