About the role
To plan implement, and evaluate departmental orientation and educational activities for nursing personnel and monitor ongoing professional development of nurses. Planning, preparing & conducting the nursing – Hospital Orientation Programme for Entrees (HOPE), ensuring the etiquette & following them in their respective units.
What you'll do
- Plan implement, and evaluate departmental orientation and educational activities for nursing personnel and monitor ongoing professional development of nurses
- Planning, preparing & conducting the nursing – Hospital Orientation Programme for Entrees (HOPE), ensuring the etiquette & following them in their respective units
- Designing, developing & maintaining the materials used in educational programme in relevant to target audience
- Coordinating with the supervisors for organizing the Intensive as well as the functional training programme
- Assisting learners in assessment of training needs
