What you'll do
- Monitor server performance, network uptime, and database integrity to prevent clinical downtime
- Provide on-site and helpdesk technical support for doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
- Project & Technology Deployment: Lead or assist in the rollout of new health tech modules, telehealth platforms, and hardware upgrades
- Coordinate with cross-functional hospital departments and external software vendors for integration and maintenance
- Execute regular data backups, disaster recovery drills, and security audits
