- Supervise juniors to avoid unacceptable abbreviations
- Take appropriate initiatives in Medical Emergencies as & when required
- Supervise, Critical values are being authenticated & documented as per hospital protocol
- Participate in department specific initiatives & ensure quality & safety indicators are maintained
