Compensation Analyst

About the role

The Analyst, Compensation – Equity Businesses role for Apollo Global Management will support Apollo’s Equity businesses in all areas of compensation. This includes but not limited to strategy and design, analysis. administration, and execution and delivery of ad hoc compensation reporting needs for all Equity strategies globally.

What you'll do

• Assist the Compensation team with compensation design, analysis, comp expense budgeting/forecasting
• Provides support and insight into offer letters, separations, promotions, and internal mobility
• Engaged in the year-end annual compensation process with preparation of the compensation system, bonus pool analysis, production of compensation templates for managers
• Monitors market trends and continuously evaluate market competitiveness of compensation structures including owning the Equity team’s market data matching and data…
• Improves current state of function through automation and repeatable report creation for respective businesses
