Mental Wellness Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Senior Psychologist / Senior Physiotherapist with a strong background in mental wellness, patient care, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have experience working with mental wellness organizations and engaging with students, faculty members, corporate management, healthcare professionals, and patients across diverse age groups.

What you'll do

• Identify opportunities to expand wellness services and strengthen partnerships with educational institutions, corporates, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
• Plan and coordinate mental wellness and healthcare initiatives for schools, colleges, universities, and corporate organizations
• Conduct or coordinate wellness workshops, awareness sessions, seminars, and employee engagement activities
• Interact with faculty members, HR teams, corporate management, and institutional leadership to understand wellness requirements
• Gather feedback, assess program participation, and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and engagement
